Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 21 July 2026
We want the terms of leaving to be as clear as the terms of joining. This policy explains when you can cancel, what is refundable, and how long refunds take.
Cancelling an engagement
- Ongoing engagements may be cancelled with thirty days' written notice to hello@helixmarketingsystem.com. We continue to deliver, and you continue to pay, through the notice period.
- Fixed-scope projects may be cancelled at any time. You are billed for work completed and irrevocably committed costs up to the cancellation date; anything paid beyond that is refunded.
- We do not charge a penalty or early-termination fee.
Refunds
- Before work begins. If you cancel before we have started work, you receive a full refund.
- After work begins. Fees for work already performed and for third-party costs we have already committed on your behalf are non-refundable. Any unearned balance is refunded.
- Media spend.Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google is not refundable by us. Those funds sit with the platform and are subject to that platform's own policies.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges. Refunded in full, promptly, as soon as we are aware of them.
If something went wrong
If a deliverable does not match what was agreed, tell us within fourteen days of delivery. We will correct it at our own cost. If we cannot correct it to the agreed standard, we will refund the fee attributable to that deliverable.
How to request a refund
Email support@helixmarketingsystem.com with your order reference and what you would like refunded. We acknowledge every request within two business days.
Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further five to ten business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Nearly everything is faster to resolve directly, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
